Call for Submissions
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established in 1963 as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry to contribute in the skill building for the external trade sector of India. The Institute was granted “Deemed to be University” status in 2002. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has recognized IIFT as Grade ‘A’ Institution in 2005 as well as in 2015. FOCUS WTO is an IIFT quarterly journal published since May 1999. It is a peer-reviewed quarterly journal covering multidimensional management and foreign trade research topics. With an esteemed editorial board of experts, FOCUS not only enjoys the readership of academicians and students from top B-schools, Universities, and Colleges in India and abroad but also of senior business executives and government officials. The objective of this interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal is to encourage applications of conceptual ideas, research methods in international business and management. The international business covers gamut of activities conducted by firms from investing in international market, identifying global value chain network opportunities, operations, marketing, trade & economic facilitation to human resource and intangible asset management. Understanding global markets, new needs of customers, developing suitable products, services brands.
Objective
Objective of this interdisciplinary peer reviewed journal FOCUS WTO is to encourage applications of coneptual ideas, research methods in international business and management. Critically apply theories, methodologies and knowledge in international business and market.
